Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.
Where do you ship from?
Orders are fulfilled through our international logistics partners and fulfillment centers, including locations in Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders immediately to ensure fast delivery.
Requests for changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once processing has begun, we are unable to modify or cancel the order.
If your order has already shipped, it may be returned in accordance with our Return Policy once it is received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal.
All payments are processed securely.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Processing typically takes 1–3 business days.
During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery time is 2–4 weeks, depending on your location and local customs processing.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, including carrier delays or customs inspections.
What if my order shows delivered but I didn’t receive it?
If tracking confirms your order was delivered, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local delivery carrier first.
VendoWell is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received.
This policy aligns with carrier, PayPal, and Shopify delivery confirmation guidelines.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order has not arrived within 30 days after shipment, please contact us at VendoWellstore@gmail.com.
After review, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation and tracking information.
Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?
Prices on our site are listed in U.S. Dollars and do not include customs duties or import taxes.
Any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility.
VendoWell is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, please contact VendoWellstore@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or PayPal to post the refund to your account.
