RETURN & REFUNDS

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are prepared promptly to ensure efficient fulfillment.

Requests for changes or cancellations must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has entered processing or shipment, modifications are no longer possible.


Returns

Return requests may be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • Authorization must be approved prior to return

Returns sent without authorization may be declined.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Kindly include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear images of the item and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing typically takes 7–10 business days following approval.
Please note that banks and PayPal may require additional time to reflect the credit.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Requests made outside stated timeframes

  • Orders marked delivered by the carrier

  • Delays within stated delivery estimates

  • Delays caused by customs or courier handling
