Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Processing time is typically 1–3 business days.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends.

Estimated delivery time is 2–4 weeks, depending on destination and customs processing.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking confirmation is considered proof of shipment and delivery, in accordance with carrier, Shopify, and PayPal guidelines.

If tracking shows your order as delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
